About Camp B

Camp "B" as it is known, began shortly after World War II as a way for returning veterans to re-connect with their children while helping to rebuild the communities they left behind. The Camp "B" mission has remained unchanged over the past 77 years: "It is better to Build Boys than to Mend Men."

We will pack a tractor trailer full of food, recreational / sporting equipment, and other supplies and travel to the beautiful Laurel Highlands.  Camp "B" offers an outstanding opportunity for boys, ages 7 to 16, to experience the joy of camping in the mountains, developing teamwork skills, and keeping physically active while forging friendships that will last a lifetime.

Coming by Seven Springs

·         Take the PA Turnpike East towards Harrisburg.

·         Get off at the Donegal Exit 91. After toll booth, make a left onto PA-31 East.

·         Turn right onto PA-381. (Sarnelli’s Market is on the corner.)

·         Make a left onto County Line Rd. (You will be at a stop sign.)

·         Go past Seven Springs toward Laurel Hill State Park/Campground.

·         Turn left onto Laurel Hill Park Rd. (T364)

·         Signs will mark Pitcairn Camp B. Group Camp #8

Coming by Hidden Valley

·         Take the PA Turnpike East towards Harrisburg.

·         Get off at the Donegal Exit 91. After toll booth, make a left onto PA-31 East.

·         Stay on PA-31 East past Hidden Valley.

·         Turn right onto Trent Rd.

·         Turn right onto Laurel Hill Park Rd. (T364)

·         Signs will mark Pitcairn Camp B. Group Camp #8
